Anglican Youth Ministry is holding it’s first-ever winter retreat, The Booyah Brrrr! That’s right! On Jan. 14, 2022, we will be heading to Watermarks Camp in Scottsville, Va for an amazing weekend getaway with other Anglican youth groups from around the country.

Camp Booyah: A Transformative Experience for Teens
Camp Booyah was founded in 2015 as a place for Anglican middle and high school students to come together for worship, community, and mission. Two hundred eighteen campers from 18 churches spent the week making connections with other Anglican youth, going deeper in their faith, contributing to the local community and experiencing new adventures.
Better Not Bitter
The Rev. Robbie Pruitt’s (Holy Spirit Church in Leesburg, VA) mountain bike was stolen last fall during quarantine (when bikes were especially hard to purchase). Robbie’s response was to forgive and show empathy.
Immanuel Hosts Family-Friendly Hip Hop Concert
The free outdoor concert will feature Ron “The New One” Hawkins. Immanuel is providing a free Chick-fil-A dinner before the concert.

Michelle Chase, a leader of Love Baltimore (previously Apostles in the City), wants to see Baltimore transformed by the love of Christ. Michelle had a vision of a happy home where kids in Belair-Edison, Baltimore could find a safe place after school and throughout the summer months.
Youth Put in "Sweat Equity" to Attend Anglican Camp
The Youth from All Saints’ Church are working hard to earn their way to Camp Booyah, and Anglican Camp of the Diocese of Christ Our Hope. They’ve earned nearly 90% of their camp fees already and with multiple jobs still on the horizon (thanks to generous parishioners who need yard work), they are confident the full amount will be earned by the time they leave for Camp!
Summer 2021 Opportunities

Work Day at a Neighborhood School
Over 60 volunteers from Redeemer Anglican in Richmond, VA completed a variety of large projects to help prepare the facilities ahead of a local neighborhood school's launch this fall.
