THE REV. DR. Tuck Bartholomew
Canon for Mission & Ministry
The Canon for Mission and Ministry serves as the senior clergy associate to the Bishop, aiding in his role as Senior Pastor and CEO of the Diocese. Tuck serves as Chief of Staff, and provides leadership and oversight of church planting, mission; and collaborates in areas of ordination, leadership development, clergy and congregational care.
THE REV. James Beavers
Canon for ordinations
Jim and the Ordination Committee interview the men and women who believe they are called to ordained ministry in the Diocese. Those made postulants by the Bishop meet with the Examining Chaplains who determine further training toward ordination.
THE REV. MARY MAGGARD HAYS
Canon for clergy and congregation Care
As Canon for Clergy and Congregation Care, Mary handles matters related to clergy and church leaders, including transitions, conflicts, and in emergencies.
LYNN MILOGRANO
Director of Administration and Executive Assistant to the Bishop
Lynn serves as the Executive Assistant to Bishop Warner, which includes keeping track of his schedule and appointments and coordinating the pastoral visits of the bishop to the churches in the diocese. She also handles the administrative responsibilities of the diocesan office and provides administrative support for the Standing Committee and other diocesan committees.
THE REV. TIM HOWE
Executive Assistant
Tim provides administrative support to Canon Tuck Bartholomew. In addition, he provides administrative support to the diocesan Great Commission Committee (GCC), managing the Committee’s business and liaising with the various constituencies the Committee oversees. Tim coordinates the Diocesan Background Check system and handles record keeping for the clergy as they go through the required Child Protection Training.He also oversees the diocesan intercessory prayer teams that support our church planting efforts.
LISA ANDERSON
Registrar & Event Coordinator
As Registrar, Lisa keeps and updates official records for clergy, transfers, licensures, and those in the ordination process. She also maintains the diocesan database and works with the Canon for Mission & Ministry, Ordination Committee, and Examining Chaplains to provide necessary updates and administrative support. As the Event Coordinator for the diocese, Lisa coordinates diocesan events such as Clergy Day, the Wardens' Gathering, Vocation Deacons' Day, Ordination Retreats, Diocesan Synod, and the DOMA Clergy and Clergy Spouse Retreat. She also assists in coordinating the various committee meetings held at the diocesan office throughout the year.
Heidi Reichert
Communications Coordinator
Heidi coordinates the various aspects of communication within the Diocese, including the Messenger newsletter, maintaining the website, connecting with the churches and missions, and updating social media.
