Coffee Hour Continues

Following a worship service, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea on Sunday mornings has long felt like the “center of community” for many. Church of the Epiphany in Chantilly, VA, is trying to fix the missed the opportunity to see each other and say hello after church. After live-streaming on Vimeo the regular worship service, a virtual coffee-hour will be hosted on Zoom.

How will everyone sip and chat at the same time?

Epiphany will be using the “break out sessions” feature on Zoom to divide up into smaller groups and to have discussions led by moderators.

For any parishioners new to any of this technology, Epiphany offers them a practice session every Saturday at 11 a.m.
