Next Generation Leadership Initiative

Next Generation Leadership Initiative (NGLI) has just launched a fresh, new new website. Provincial Canon for NGLI, Aaron Buttery, said, “We want to make the new NGLI website to be wildly accessible to ACNA parishes and to integrate the work of other initiatives since there is overlap between a lot of them.”

The vision of the Next Generation Leadership Initiative (NGLI) is to raise up the next generation of leaders for our churches, communities, and cultures. Buttery was particularly excited about the upcoming “toolbox” of resources which will be appearing soon and will be designed to help parishes in developing youth leadership strategies, multicultural integration, and much more. “The resources will be helpful to any size church and will, of course, integrate the work from other initiatives because those networks are where things get done!”
