Position: Full Description

The Falls Church Anglican is seeking a full-time Elementary Ministry Coordinator whose responsibility will be to lead the elementary ministry focused on pastoral care and discipleship of children grades Kindergarten through 5th Grade in a safe and loving environment with a high-quality program of Bible teaching. The Coordinator is a member of the Children & Family Ministries (CFM) team, whose primary responsbility is maintaining and leading elementary children on Sunday morning and at other times, with in-person gatherings, special programs, and outreach initiatives. The Elementary Ministry Coordinator will also recruit and equip adults to minister to children and encourage the parents as their child’s primary faith teachers. They will collaborate with the CFM Team and church staff to support the departmental and church-wide goals.
